MAY, 2007 - Carol Alexander was installed to the Board of Directors, serving as Treasurer of the Friends of Music of the University of Miami Frost School of Music for the fourth year.

JANUARY 15, 2007 - "Learn from the Pros" at Chamber South seminars.  CPA Carol Alexander is scheduled to present the first seminar, Feb. 13, called "What's Your Business Really Worth?"

MAY 24, 2005 – Carol Alexander received 2005 School-To-Career Partner Award for outstanding support and commitment to the Kids and the Power of Work Program. This is the fourth consecutive year she has received this award.

APRIL 29, 2005 - Carol Alexander Elected an Officer to the Board of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, for a one year term beginning September, 2005. 

MARCH 17, 2005 – Carol Alexander was finalist for the 2005 Outstanding Business Woman of the Year.  Developed by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the Outstanding Business Woman of the Year Award was developed to recognize women in the community who demonstrate excellence in their business or profession as well as commitment to serving as role models for other women.

SEPTEMBER 30, 2004 – Carol Alexander served as Chairman of the second annual fundraiser to benefit Operation Smile. An Evening Among the Artists was held in the Garden House at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden.

JUNE, 2004 – Carol Alexander was installed as Treasurer for the National Association of Women Business Owners NAWBO for the second term.

JUNE 26, 2004 – Carol Alexander was installed president of the Rotary Club of Miami Sundown for the second term, fiscal year 2004/2005. Rotary Club of Miami Sundown is an integral participant of District 6990, which encompasses south east Florida and the Bahamas.

Alexander Elected President of the Rotary Club of Miami Sundown, June 2003...Kendall resident Carol Alexander was elected president of the Rotary Club of Miami Sundown, to serve for one year beginning 1 July.  A Rotarian since 1999, she is president of Carol Alexander, CPA, PA.  Ms. Alexander is a Paul Harris Fellow and has served as a club officer every year beginning in 1999. As president of the evening club, which received its charter from Rotary International in 1988, Alexander will be responsible for strengthening the group’s participation in community and international service projects while attracting new membership.
